The CBSE 12th exam just concluded in 1st week of April 2023. It is expected 12th Board Results will be declared in May 2023. Last year, in 2022, CBSE Class 12th results were declared on 22 July 2022 on the official websites cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.

How To Calculate Class 12 Percentages?

After the class 12th Board Results declaration, students can easily check their class 12 percentage by themselves. Hence, to check the percentage, follow these steps-

Step 1- Add the marks obtained in each subject.

Step 2- Divide the marks obtained by the total marks. In case you have 05 subjects, 100 marks each, the total marks will be 500. For instance, you secured 90, 85, 79, 82, and 95. Sum up these marks and divide them by 500 and then multiply by 100.

Formula- Percentage of class 12th result= marks obtained/ total marks * 100

Percentage= 431/500 * 100 = 86.2

What After Class 12th Board Results?

After CBSE announces class 12th board results, students can request a re-evaluation through the official website if the results are unsatisfactory. Additionally, some students who fail the class 12 CBSE exam can register for the compartment exam. Also, after the results are announced, students with excellent grades must consider potential career options.
